Charles Henry Foyle

Charles Henry Foyle (died 9 December 1948) was the inventor of the folding carton and founder of Boxfoldia in Birmingham, England, in 1920; a company that was finally sold in 2003.

In 1940 he put £7,000 into a charitable trust, which after further significant additions had an annual income of £5,500 by 1952.[1]

Charles Henry Foyle was related to Christina Foyle the owner of Foyles bookshop in London. He died December 9, 1948.[2]
